“The app doesn't work as advertised. We are trying to link the SKU from Shopify to the Item Code in Xero. The app is supposed to be able to do that according to the information provided in the app details before purchase and setup. There is no way to speak directly to anyone from support except by sending a form from their website. No chatbot, no direct message, nothing. You are not guaranteed”
