“There should be a page where wholesalers can create and enter their own account information and upload their resale certificate making them sales tax exempt without time and effort from the Shopify store owner for each new customer. It would increase the number of wholesalers signing up not to have back and forth emails - this process is not streamlined on this app and should be effortless.”
