“No support AR dosent work...”

“the app doesn't work, and no support is available the support website has an error message so there is no way to contact anyone.. Edited: the support came back to me and gave me all the help they can. we still couldn't use the app because we needed the option to assign 3d models to product variants but the support was good eventually.”

Looks like this app hasn't been updated in years. Seems like a small company that got bought up by a larger Chinese company and then ignored by that company.”
