Nxora Refund Impact

See why products come back, and what in the listing answers it. Shopify shows which products were refunded and for how much. It doesn't put the reason beside them. Refund Impact ranks products by refunded amount, then shows the reason your store recorded and any note the buyer wrote, word for word. Where a reason points at the listing, it names only what answers it — "not as described" on a product with no description. Where nothing explains the return, it says so. It also measures how many of your refunds carry a reason at all. Read-only.
