Kado adds the gift once the cart qualifies, by spend or by buying chosen products or collections, and removes it if the cart drops below; checkout keeps it free. A bar shows shoppers how far they are from the gift or free shipping. Buy it now skips the cart, so no gift. Kado never reads orders or customer data. Its assistant, labelled as AI, asks before it changes anything.
