Airtight: Terms Checkbox
Enforce terms agreement everywhere — cart, Buy It Now, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. Shoppers using Buy It Now, Shop Pay, or Apple Pay can skip your cart page entirely — and skip your terms checkbox with it. That gap can leave you exposed to chargebacks and disputes with no record the customer ever agreed to your policy. Airtight closes that gap. It adds a checkbox to your cart and product pages, and blocks checkout across every path until it's accepted. Every acceptance is timestamped and saved on the order as proof. Setup takes minutes, no code required.
